I'm Lucia Lukas from Sydney, Australia, best recognised for complex, multi coloured work, of imagination, love for art, photography and textile design.

Through my work I explore themes of freedom and authenticity. The DETAILS take an important part in my paintings. Extensive use of curves, lines and combination with freestyle is part of my characteristic style.

I chose the way of painting to show people something positive, something that elevates their spirits and inspires them through beauty.

It's not just the way I represent objects in my paintings but my unique style that ensures my place in the ever-growing art movement.

I make vibrant, powerful, and SURPRISING art that CELEBRATES people for who they are. The key element is that I want people to feel that they can be more transparent and honest without being judged - no matter who they are and awaken an inner child within us. I first went out as a fashion designer , but after more than a decade in 2018, I took a big break and started painting. My art career had a humble beginnings - selling from my room to social media. In 2019 I had my first art show - RAW in Sydney.

I was founded by a Florence Gallery Director and in 2020 I had my first international recognition in Florence (Italy), followed by Marbella (Spain), Innsbruck (Austria). During the pandemic I had my work exhibited in Dubai, Abu Dhabi.

I exhibited several times with Saatchi, The Other Art Fair - the biggest Art Gallery.
